  • Is a bridge server needed?

    No.

     

     

  • What kind of data can your experts see on my system?

    Unlike other antivirus/smart security software companies, Cylance stores all data locally on the computer itself, not in a cloud. This gives users full control over their data. Cylance only collects security-related information, unlike the competitors who collect all the data. We cannot access private data, such as browsing history, emails, documents and other private information. If an Excel spreadsheet infects your computer, we have access to all of its data, because it is security-related information. But this is the exception; as a rule, an infected
    document does not contain any significant commercial information.

     

     

  • How does AI/machine learning of intelligent security software work?

    At the heart of Cylance's technology is a massive and highly scalable data processor that applies a sophisticated mathematical model to huge amounts of data in near real time. Cylance extracts millions of unique properties from potentially dangerous files and uses machine analysis to determine their intentions. If we can objectively judge whether a file is good or malicious based on mathematical risk factors, we can use that knowledge to teach a machine to make the right decision in real time.     Yes.   • What is the difference with traditional antivirus software?

    Intelligent security software uses database matching AND artificial intelligence to identify malware. It recognizes cyber risks before they become mass phenomena. Behavioral problems in IT can be reviewed by our security experts, and in the event of serious incidents, we inform our clients and help them resolve them.

     

     

  • Does the software have to be installed on every company computer?

    The software can be installed separately on each computer with admin rights. However, it is also possible to install it via a server on all computers.
