Customer Account

  • I forgot my password. What do I have to do?

    You can reset your password at the following link club.perseus.de/passwort-vergessen

    Account details can be managed in the customer area. You can change your password at any time in the portal.

     

     

  • I would like to make the training content available to my colleagues. Can I invite them?

    Yes. Perseus offers administrators (person responsible who created the account at Perseus) the opportunity to invite co-workers. In addition, there is the "Invite now" tab in the overview. Enter the email addresses of the employees in the form and send the invitations with the push of a button. Clicking on a link in the invitation will give employees access to the Perseus customer area.

     

     

  • What's the difference between an administrator and a regular account?

    A normal account has the following features: login, logout, reset password. In addition, a user can access the following content: online training, toolbox, knowledge section. The administrator has the option of making changes (such as adding a user, deleting a user, sending a login link, starting the claim process). In addition, a user can access the following content: online training, toolbox, knowledge section, security overview, IT security check, installation of intelligent security software files, letter of protection information.   • How do I end my Perseus membership? (Termination)

    Under "My Account" in your customer account (person icon in the top right corner), you can cancel your membership; then customer service will contact you about your cancellation.

     

     

  • I would like to change my personal information. Where can I do that?

    Under "Profile" in your customer account (person icon in the top right corner), you can change your personal data.

     

     

  • How can I change my password?

    You can change your password under "Profile" in your customer account (person icon in the top right corner).
